    Ecumen Pathstone Living seeks a Driver to join its team.  Ecumen Pathstone Living consists of 61 assisted living rental apartment homes, as well as 69 nursing home beds, 21 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care services and is located in Mankato, Minnesota.  Ecumen creates home for older adults wherever they choose to live.     This position is responsible for transportation of residents.


    Essential job responsibilities include:


    1. Drives company vehicle to transport residents.

    2. Provides assistance to passengers getting in and out of vehicle.

    3. Ensures passengers are secure with seat belt or wheel chair tie down.

    4. Complies with local traffic regulations.

    5. Performs daily vehicle pre and post trip inspections, taking appropriate action based on findings. Maintains mileage and maintenance logs.

    6. Keeps vehicle clean and follows routine maintenance guidelines.

    7. Provides punctual service to clients.


    Previous related experience preferred.  This position requires the employee to possess a valid driver’s license and driving record which meets Ecumen Driver Policy standards and proof of vehicle insurance.  Must meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations which include Medical Certification and Road Test, if applicable.  All Ecumen employees must possess the ability to communicate effectively, including written and verbal skills; work well, both individually and as part of a team, through respect, collaboration and dedication; and successfully interact with a diverse culture base. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently, and demonstrate a positive attitude, high integrity and ethical awareness.
