Ecumen Meadows seeks a HR & Business Office Supervisor to join its team.
Ecumen Meadows consists of 94 independent living and assisted living rental apartment homes, as well as 14 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care services and is located in Worthington, Minnesota. This position is responsible for but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections and cash flow management, as well as managing workers compensation claims, leave of absences, keeping accurate employee records, and on-boarding and orientation of new employees. The HR & Business Office Supervisor works in accordance with established policies, procedures and/or specific instruction from the site leader.
