Rose Senior Living - Carmel seeks a Human Resources & Business Office Specialist to join its team. Rose Senior Living - Carmel is developed and owned by Edward Rose & Sons, known for creating amenity-rich communities where people can appreciate comfortable and affordable living in beautiful settings. Partnering with Edward Rose & Sons is Ecumen, a not-for-profit organization that has grown to be one of the most innovative leaders in senior housing and services, empowering individuals to live richer and fuller lives. The Carmel, Indiana, location consists of 159 units: 69 independent living rental apartment homes, 60 assisted living rental apartment homes and 30 residences for seniors requiring memory care services.
As the HR/Business Office Specialist, you would provide the Human Resources and Business Office support at our Carmel, Indiana location. This role is very independent, with help only a phone call away at our corporate offices. We will rely on you to manage our talent acquisition and onboarding processes, lead performance management, and own the day-to-day Business Office responsibilities. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and plays a critical role in supporting our culture and our success.
