Abiitan, an Ecumen development located in the heart of the Mill City neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis, is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join their team. Abiitan, an entrance deposit community, consists of approximately 86 independent living residences, as well as an additional floor of residences for those requiring memory care.

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance duties in the building and grounds. Provides preventative maintenance, maintenance tasks from work orders as well as what is observed or reported. This position maintains a safe environment for residents, family, staff and visitors.
