    Ecumen is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for our Edina Sales and Design Studio to promote our Zvago brand. Zvago means FUN in Italian, and fun (along with growth) is what this team is all about! At Zvago, we provide carefree living in customized homes via a cooperative living arrangement.


    In this role you would provide sales support to our fun and energetic team. Support would include coordinating marketing initiatives and sales responsibilities to further grow our Zvago brand. Additionally, you would provide a warm welcome into our Sales and Design Studio for our customers and partners.


    Essential job responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator include:


    1. Create and maintain an organized work flow, initiate quarterly marketing plans for our communities, assist with data entry into our CRM, initiate follow-up phone calls, and participate in conducting the initial discovery process with customers when the Sales Managers are not available.

    2. Coordinate campaigns with the sales team, and work directly with our selected creative agencies to convey and approve work.

    3. Assist the sales team with in-house collateral creation and deployment including email blasts, event flyers, quarterly newsletters and weekly construction updates to our members.

    4. Plan and attend events to ensure smooth execution and a wonderful experience for our customers and owners.

    5. Build upon and support our brand as a professional, sophisticated and modern housing option for people in the prime of their life, 62 and better!

    6. Lead social media and website updates and edits.


    Minimum Required Qualifications:


    • Education:   Associates degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
    • Relevant Experience: Two years’ experience in marketing, hospitality or customer service industry
    • Ability to communicate professionally; excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong computer skills especially with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Passion for working with people


    Preferred Qualifications:


    • Education:   Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related degree
    • Preferred Experience: Experience in marketing, property management, and / or senior care
    • Experience with graphic design, web design and social media as a business tool; print production, photography and video experience
    • Prior experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
