    Ecumen Brooks and Ecumen Countryside seek a Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team. Ecumen Brooks consists of 50 assisted living rental apartment homes, and Ecumen Countryside consists of 61 assisted living rental apartment homes. Both are located in Owatonna, Minnesota.

    The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing and implementing a marketing plan that is appropriate for the community ensuring budgeted occupancy is met and sustained.


    Essential job responsibilities include:


    1. Responsible for development, and implementation of a marketing plan, including the development and maintenance of a mailing list for the community.

    2. Markets to discharge planners, county case managers, referral sources and the general public, follows through on all inquiries within 24 hours.

    3. Maintains budgeted occupancy by providing tours and explanation of services to potential clients, families, and referrals, including evenings and weekends as requested.

    4. Leads buyers through final selection process and completes reservation agreements and subscription agreements.

    5. Works with the site leader and clinical lead to complete the initial assessment of residents to ensure their needs can be met, follows the resident through the admission process and assists them during the transition period.

    6. Represents the site at community events and events held in surrounding communities enhancing the facility’s public relations.


    Sales & Marketing Manager

    Minimum Required Qualifications:


    • High school diploma or GED
    • 2+ years in Sales and Marketing and/or health-care related experience
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance ( if applicable)
    • Must be flexible and adaptable to changing situations including able to work irregular hours, attend meetings and special events
    • Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident’s Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations


    Preferred Qualifications:


    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
    • Experience with sales and marketing software
    • Experience working with Seniors
