Luther Park at Sandpoint seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant to join its team. Luther Park at Sandpoint consists of 60 assisted living rental apartment homes, as well as 27 additional residences for seniors requiring memory care services. The Life Enrichment Assistant is responsible for providing support for resident participation in Life Enrichment programming designed to meet and honor the physical, social, spiritual, sensory and psychological needs of all residents based on and assessment of their individual needs and interests. Specific responsibilities include:

Previous related experience preferred. All employees must possess the ability to communicate effectively, including written and verbal skills; work well, both individually and as part of a team, through respect, collaboration and dedication; and successfully interact with a diverse culture base.
