Rose Senior Living at Providence Park seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its team. Rose Senior Living at Providence Park is developed and owned by Edward Rose & Sons, known for creating amenity-rich communities where people can appreciate comfortable and affordable living in beautiful settings. Partnering with Edward Rose & Sons is Ecumen, a not-for-profit organization that has grown to be one of the most innovative leaders in senior housing and services, empowering individuals to live richer and fuller lives. The Novi, Michigan, location will consist of 182 units:  69 independent living rental apartment homes, 75 assisted living rental apartment homes and 38 residences for seniors requiring memory care services.



The LPN performs a variety of professional nursing and resident assistant duties in the care of residents, complies with state and federal rules and regulations, and follows established policies and procedures of the community.  Essential job responsibilities include:


  • Assists with new admissions, re-admissions, hospital transfers and discharges as requested by Director of Health Services
  • Trains, plans, assigns and directs work of resident assistants within established guidelines and assist Resident Assistants as necessary. Assists in the monitoring and evaluation of job performance for resident assistants.
  • Orders and administers medications per physician orders.
  • Assists with implementing of physician orders.
  • Initiates emergency treatment and reports to Director of Health Services.
  • Participates in the completion and review of nursing service plans and carries out proper charting practices and procedures.
  • Responds appropriately to safety hazards, fire drills and other emergency situations.
  • Participate in resident/family meetings/conferences as needed.
  • Assists Director of Marketing and Sales with coordination of resident moves.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Related experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification Required: Must be licensed as a LPN within the state in which working and must maintain licensure.

Current valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.

Computer skills and software/hardware knowledge.
